Hello,
//www.freelists.org/archives/dokuwiki/06-2006/msg00280.html "DokuWiki does not use access times (atime), but lastmodified times(mtime) are used nearly everywhere - if those aren't updated on your NFSshares this might be a real problem." Cheers cyrille.
thanks for you reply. I've found out that the NFS-server and the dokuwiki-server differ in time (about 15 minutes). If an NFS-client creates a file, the file will be created by the NFS- server in real, so it's getting the timestamp of the server, not the client. Because dokuwiki compares not only datadir files, when deciding to create a new cache file or use an existing one, but also program- files (like the renderer php-script, ...) thus leads to the effects described.
For now, after timesync, everything seems to be fine :-) Thank you very much for you hint! Oliver Geisen -- DokuWiki mailing list - more info at http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:mailinglist
