[dokuwiki] Plugin manager URLs

Does the plugin manager allow a port to be included in the url for a download? 


For example, should the following work?

http://mysite.com:82/plugin.tar.gz

I can download the file ok using wget, but the plugin manager reports:

Unable to download the plugin file: http://mysite.keylevel.com:82/plugin.tar.gz
