[dokuwiki] Re: No Icon for Configuration Settings

Why would this icon be blocked and others not?
Something special about it?
To get Configuration Settings accessible I had to
mv .htacces.dist .htaccess
Where is the file and what permissions should
it have? I can check and report back.

The icon is checked in correctly and works fine here. Maybe it gets
blocked by an adblocker?
Anyone else experiencing problems?
