I'm attaching a couple of screenshots about how it looks like to me.
That's not the current version of the move plugin. If you upgraded
from an earlier version of the plugin, be sure you removed all remains
of the older version as mentioned at
https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:move#installation_and_precautions
