1. Problem with plugin:authchained (also posted to forum [1])
No idea, I have no experience with that plugin.
2. Pages with non-ASCII names do not work.
$conf['fnencode'] = 'utf8';
AFAIK the setting should be utf-8 not utf8. This will only work if you
previously used UTF-8 filenames as well. The default is URL.
3. TOC is also generated on the sidebar ([3]).
Hard to know what happens without seeing the code. Refer to the change
log, there were some changes to the TOC, maybe you find some pointers.
4. Link reference capture.
Please open a bug report for this (or even better a PR with test cases).
