[dokuwiki] Looking for a new maintainer

Well, I've not been able to spend as much time as I'd like on these
projects, and I feel there's other things I should be putting my
energy towards right now anyway.
However, I'd also like these projects to continue forward and not
become stale either. So I think this might be done best via a new
maintainer.
I'll still be using DokuWiki myself, though. ;-)
