[dokuwiki] Link color selection

As I was writing an introduction page for an employee wiki, I realized
that the default color selection for internal links (green/red) may be
the worst possible color combination to use. The most common form of
color blindness in men is the inability to distinguish between those two
colors (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colorblind).
What's the easiest way to change those to something more suitable?
