[dokuwiki] Linebreak plugin updated

Hi,
A new version of the linebreak plugin has been released. It corrects
the problem the current version had with section editing. This version
will only work with the current DW stable and later development versions
(it requires action plugins).

The linebreak plugin ensures line breaks in the original wiki text are
preserved in the rendered html.
