[dokuwiki] How to report bugs and request features for plugins

Hi *,

because there where several posts on plugins here recently, I'd like
to point everyone to this forum post:

Many plugins do have dedicated issue trackers and I highly recommend
to place your bugs and feature wishes there. Even if you previously
reported an issue on the plugin page - see if maybe a bug tracker is
now available (many authors switched to github recently) and if there
is one, report your issue there again. Oh and when you do, please
remove your original report from the page.

This is not to discourage you from discussing plugins here on the
list, that is still very welcome. Just make sure the bugs are tracked
where the author prefers them to be tracked ;-)
