[dokuwiki] [GSoC 2011] Idea on mearging Nemanja

May be implementing system like SVN is using
People are editing copy not the original and when finish data base checks
and replays with following if nobody has edited the page in the mine time
saves the changes is somebody was editing then gives you your page and new
page so you can see what to add or discard your page.
