[dokuwiki] Freemind plug-in and rc2006-10-08

Hi,
I've upgraded to rc2006-10-08. It looks like there are some formatting
problems with the Freemind plug-in and this version of Dokuwiki. The
"edit this page", "old revisions", "admin" etc. buttons become "plain"
buttons stacked up one on top of another.
Does anyone know why this is happing and what steps may be needed to get
things working again?
Note I'm using the default Dokuwiki template.
