[dokuwiki] First release candidate of "Weatherwax" is available

Hello
The first RC (release candidate) of "Weatherwax" soon to become the next
stable release of DokuWiki is now available from the usual place[1].
Changes list (not yet complete) is at http://www.dokuwiki.org/changes
Everyone is encouraged to download this RC1, install it and report any
problem through the list.
