Probably not the Windows key at Windows... ;) I read at the bug list
somewhere a discussion around this, thereby they sad that the Windows key is
used at some Linux window managers, too and they want to give preference to
the prior used Alt or Strg key combinations. So it is a logical step to let
the users decide which access key combination they want to use.

I feel quite well with Alt+Shift+key and hope the mozilla devs could solve
the numbered access key problem soon. A small plug-in (add-on) for Windows
as work around does already exits (a small assambler program):
