I am pretty sure there are quite a few other places with 4.3+ functions,
though I can't help out with where and what they might be. Some of the
plugins (configuration settings/user manager/plugin manager) I wrote
were only checked to 4.3.10 which is the php version mentioned at
splitbrain.
