Looks like using // comments in plugin stylesheets isn't being handled
correctly. With the latest source in darcs, the // comment in the
searchindex manager's style.css causes any css file loaded after to be
ignored, since its after the //
Not sure if this is from the 'compress' css option or something else,
but it seems to be new behavior.
