[dokuwiki] BUG in dokuwiki/aspell integration resulting in deleted page and/or loss of changes

there is currently a bug in the latest dokuwiki release which might lead
to an unwanted removal of the wiki pages..
if aspell stalls on the server (just happend here with me), and you
press save, then the page gets deleted.
the reason one might simply press save is because if this happens, you
cant cancel the aspell, and the textfield is frozen, so if you created
changes, you either have to cancel or save. and its more logical then to
simply save, and go in again and spell check.
but when doing this, instead the page gets deleted, and the changes are
lost.
granted, the old revision stays in attic, but its still a bug (in my
opinion anyway..), since the user is forced to choose between unknowngly
remove the page or cancel out their changes..
