[dokuwiki] After a few days there is no more CSS

Hallo,
the CSS style sheets of my dokuwiki installation hides in the browser (no 
formation, no background picture).

When I change in the configuration the license then the CSS is visible again 
(for a few days). I found this tip somewhere in the internet.

I use Release 2012-01-25b "Angua" on Debian stable.
