Thanks, @Bob: but then ALL pdfs from ALL sites will be downloaded to temporary directory and then opened. With Adobe reader, and not with the plugin. Do you get a checkbox in the bottom of the dialog for "Always do this with this type of file" or similar wording? That will allow you to change the browser's default for that MIME type.
