[dokuwiki-teams] Testproxy

Hi,
I've installed a proxy for testing the proxy function of dokuwiki like
needed for fixing #2431.
The proxy has following settings:
- address: proxy.andrwe.org:8080
- user: basic
- pw: test123
- source-IP = 46.4.55.201 -> all sites (HTTP & HTTPS)
- all -> www.dokuwiki.org and test.dokuwiki.org (HTTP & HTTPS)
- authorized users -> andrwe.org and github.com (HTTP & HTTPS)
At the moment only basic authentication is possible but I'm working on
accepting digest too.
