Ernie: I will help set up. I have a very large cooler and a small one.
At the corner of Webb Chapel and Forest -a little to the West ;in front
of the Azteca Meats; is a giant Ice Machine that has 20 lbs for $1.75.
I'll get the two coolers to the school on Sat. I cannot help on Sat.

Hey, Dads.
We need more carnival volunteers. After a rainy weekend, next weekend
is supposed to be beautiful, so we'll have a big crowd.
Please help with the following:
1. Many games/booths are still unmanned - please sign up at
http://www.signupgenius.com/go/8050A44A4A62A1-dis2012
* I'll find a way to setup and tear down with fewer
volunteers, but it will be chaos if we have 400+ attendees like last
year and unmanned tables.
2. Need 4-6 Dad's Friday around 6:00pm for some preliminary set up
(tables, trash cans, etc...).
3. On Sat, we need roughly 10 coolers brought to the carnival
already filled with ice. Take them to the Food Court which will be in
the Gym. Also would be great if you'd throw an extension cord in your
trunk in case we need it.
If you can only do 1 thing, sign up to man a table - that's the urgent
need.
