[delphizip] Re: internal sfx error

Thank Roger. Will give it a try. I also recompiled ZipBuilder with
NO_SFX. Then attempted to compile the ZipBuilderSFX. But I'm getting
an error message saying that the zipbuilder msghandler not found.
