[delphizip] Utility to make easy update ZipMsgXX.rc files

Hi
I write a utility to update any ZipMsgXX.rc file taken as master
ZipMsgUS.rc
This utility is written using BCB++5
If any is interested write me telling what you want : exe, source or both.
Utility is easy to use.
What it does:
- ZipMsgUS.rc is source file (always)
- ZipMsgXX.rc is target file
- both should be at the same directory.
- remove search string codes (like GE_FatalZip) in target that
are no longer in source
- search target string codes in source to be commented or uncommented
( GE_FatalZip --> //GE_FatalZip )
( //GE_FatalZip --> GE_FatalZip )
- add new string codes from source to target, also those are
currently commented.
- format aspect of file (program uses Courier New, 9 points)
(older ms-dos editors also show good)
- current heading is preserved
- rc file is showed when loaded (can see initial aspect) and
result after update.
- at start or final, program may be used to correct or modify you want.
- any change is NOT SAVED to disc if is not pressed the save button.

Roger I tried to send ZipMsgCT.rc and ZipMsgS1.rc to Rusell
(russellppeters@xxxxxxxxxxxx) but always I get error that may
server is unable to contact server of Russell.
Roger also I think the utility commented may be included with
LangRes.zip file
