Using the temp file is done by design, it simply makes it work faster, 
if network share access is needed for every write operation it would 
take too long ( and there are many write operations)

2.
Yes there is a limit of 4GB on the size of the zip file.

To work with larger files you have to wait until the next version of 
ZipMaster that includes Z to overcome the file limitation
