Fixed Extract asks for password for each file
Allow skipping rest of files Add/Extract
Added extra Progress type that marks when Added or Extracted files are
closed
Fixed does not close zero length extracted files correctly
Fixed #0 in temporary folder for extracting resource dll

Updated help to include example for skipping rest of files during Add and
Adding them later.
