[delphizip] MinGW port of ZipMaster's DLL

Hi *,
I recently wanted to compile ZipMaster's DLL with some changes, but I
didn't have C++ Builder, so I tried to make it compile by MinGW. After
few tweaks and fights with __stdcall, __cdecl, I managed to produce
DLL, which works with Demo1 and few others, without any changes needed
in Delphi code (but your delphi application must use external DLL, not
the one from resources).
