[delphizip] Re: 65534 limit bug

This is not a bug, but a limitation imposed by the standard zip file
format. An enhanced format was designed (badly) by pkware. I believe
Russell Peters and Roger Aelbrecht are working on this but, so far as I
am aware, a release is not imminent (but I may be wrong).
