The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) and Howard University (HU) have
announced a community engagement effort designed to improve communication
and trust between MPD and the community through a series of listening
sessions. These listening sessions are open to the public and we invite
you, as a resident of the city, to join these sessions and make your voice
heard. Your participation is vital to building and maintaining positive
police-community relationships and therefore we hope we see you, your
friends, family and neighbors there.
