Good afternoon,
The District of Columbia Office of the Tenant Advocate’s Education & Community
Outreach team has designed three informational posters that we plan to
circulate among our partner government agencies and community organizations as
part of our eviction prevention outreach efforts. We translated the posters
into Spanish, French and Amharic and have a dedicated page on our website where
tenants can find all of the posters in the listed languages
(https://ota.dc.gov/page/ota-posters).
In an effort to disseminate OTA’s mandate and services to the larger DC tenant
community, we wanted to inform you about OTA’s posters and encourage you to
disseminate to your constituents. Additionally, we would like to thank you for
providing us the opportunity to present at your ANC meeting and request another
appearance at an upcoming ANC meeting to keep the tenants in your ANC well
informed of their rights.
