Open the wave in sf and check its properties, it's probably set to loop or
hold or something, sfz reads that info and acts accordingly, unless
overwritten by the sfz file itself...

Subject: [ddots-l] samples in the sfz sampler

Hi:

I'm loading samples into the sfz and sonar. A couple of the claps and kicks
that I loaded continue to play after I've hit the key only one time. The
sample continues to repeat even after I let go of the key. Is that the way
it's sampled, or is there something I can do in sfz to fix that problem?

Thanks.
