[ddots-l] problem sith sonar 5 64 bit

I'm using caketalking. When I open some soft synths, it says, "you can now tab
to the presets or files menu",
with a bit more stuff after that, but it doesn't allow you to actually do this.
Doesn't happen with dimension, but with several other soft synths, and guitar
rig 4 it happens every time.
In the 32 bit version, this problem doesn't happen.
Anyone know if there's a fix for this?
