Herman,

Give me a shout on Skype and we can have a chat about this - it's a huge
subject, given the nature of the beast.  It'd also be well worth you trying
to get your school to get a copy of the Kurzweil Display Reader, as the
editing gets about a thousand times easier with the level of feedback it
provides.
