Yep, the 5th Edition of the Real Book is available through NLS. It was transcribed for bass, but you can read it just fine.
The chord changes arne't as accurate as the Chuck Sher realbooks, but as far as I know, it's all we have in Braille.
There's another fakebook available through RNIB in the UK, arranged by Jack Long, whoever he is or was. You might be able to get this one through an inter-library loan.

Hello all,Does anyone know of a braille jazz fake book out there? I play in a jazz duo and am looking at programming backing tracks for us, but I was wondering if there is such a thing as a braille jazz fake book. Thanks,Brian
