Hi,

Of the hot spot that activates the relevant menu, but think it’s just called
Settings.

You might be able to reduce that round-trip time further by adjusting the
firewire buffer settings within the control panel software itself (this has to
be done when you don’t have your client software loaded). Not at my audio
machine at the moment, so can’t remember the name

Best wishes.

Hi Tim. Thank you for responding to this one. For those of you who have read
my other recent posts, I now have everything working as well as it can with a
Sonar audio round trip of 8MS at 128. Anything smaller crackles the audio but
the latency problems are gone!

Anyway, I have noticed that the Saffire Pro-14 only gives you the option of
microphone in the Windows 7 recording levels. I assume that everything else
should be set using Mix Control. Whenever I try the loop back routing preset,
I get silence.

Bob.

Hi, take a look at the Loopback port – it’s described in the manual and works
well.

Best wishes.

Subject: [ddots-l] focusrite audio card

Hi every one hope all of you are on this fine morning.

I tried several attemps and presets to get m focusrite card to capture audio
from the internet, and I can’t seem to get it to work.

In the past I was able to select the mix input on the roland sound cards, and
capture audio from lets say youtube, etc.

How is this acheeved with the focusrite 40 pro?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
