How do I go about reinstalling it? What I need a code to reauthorize it?

Try to reinstall Caketalk and Jaws first.

Subject: [ddots-l] Re: Trying to Resolve Your Problem with Sonar 8.5 with
jaws 15
Hi there, Adel.
Does this mean I would have to get Jaws 2013 on my computer? Other than the
error, it seems to work rather well with Jaws 15, but the only part is I keep
getting that error message each time I load sonar and DJ X told me to
uninstall and reinstall CakeTalking which I don’t really know how to do,
since I’ve never faced this problem until upgrading my jaws product software
since jaws 12 was giving me trouble and I think the license key expired on
that particular version. Maybe it’s something I should call freedom
scientific about?
Thank you for your help though,
Mason.

Hi Mason and the community,
I wish I could have helped you as some may already have. I think you should
unload JAWS; otherwise, switch off your laptop and retry to load SONAR to
avoid that error. If I understand, JAWS 15 is rather incompatible with your
SONAR 8.5 and the CakeTalk scripts 8.8?
My equipment, by the way, works with Windows 7 64-bits and JAWS 13 and I
think I contacted Freedom Scientific as I had a somehow similar problem in
October 2018 by entering the licence key.
Thank you.
Adel

Objet : [ddots-l] Sonar 8.5 issue with jaws 15
Hi all.
I am running jaws 15 on a Windows 7 laptop with sonar 8.5 running 8.8
cacetalking scripts, with everything working well, like I’m able to record,
Play different types of instruments, and other things however when I hit the
down arrow key, rather than switching to another track in the track pain, I
get the following message, sorry, this is not an authorized version of
Cacetalking, so you won’t be able to work in sonar with the cacetalking
Scripps installed. To purchase cacetalking, contact dancing dots. Is this
issue because of my new version of jaws 15? Or would I have to get a
registration type code to register my software again? Any help is
appreciated.
Thank you all, stay safe and healthy and take care, Mason.
I apologize for any spelling mistakes, I’m sure this may be misspelled
again, but I meant cake talking.
