Other projects work fine. I've tried everything you say except don't know
where to find "floating Windows."

So are the events still there, such that they play back? Are you using the ct
custom tab? If so, what happens when you press f6 when in the custom tab? Have
you checked your windows/color/scheme settings? Have you check other projects,
how do they work out? In Sonar, check the view tab, make sure there are no
floating windows allowed, as they may get in the way... I think this setting is
saved from project to project if I'm not mistaking.
Sorry for all the questions, but if you can do your best to answer them; as you
may know, first step to help troubleshoot an unknown problem is to ask some
very specific questions as it relates to the problem.

Subject: [ddots-l] Sonar problem
Hi: I'm using Sonar with the latest caketalking scripts, and actually still
Windows XP. I've been using Sonar for years and never had this problem before.
I have a file containing both audio and midi. After my last save of it, in the
event view, everything is blank. The only way to read anything in that view is
to hit the numpad5 key twice and then move to the left and right of that row to
read everything else in that row. In fact, usually when you hit controll+I, you
can insert an event. That command, believe it or not, takes me into the
commands generated by the keystroke insert+Alt. So I can insert an event.
I know it's crazy, but any suggestions to fix this would be helpful. Obviously,
I can live with it, is just time consuming.
Thanks.
