Well, it is only available in the producer edition, but the Lexicon Pantheon reverb is a big plus. Also, the ability to use stereo fx plugins in surround sound mixing is a big pull. Granted, it's probably going to be at least another year before I start seriously working with surround sound, but it's nice to know it's there when I start using it. -Joshua -----Original Message----- From: ddots-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:ddots-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of David Sent: Wednesday, July 20, 2005 6:33 PM To: ddots-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [ddots-l] Sonar 3 or Sonar 4 Hello to the List, I am currently using Sonar 3, the Studio edition. It has worked fine for me, and I really have no known reasons to upgrade. However, for those of you that did upgrade from 3 to 4, are there any reasons, or features in 4 that make upgrading desirable? Thanks, David ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subjectúq] ** or send a message, to ** ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
