Ramy, the Control+f5 feature is only available in Sibelius Speaking.
Kevin, I wouldn't recommend using this feature because it has two serious
problems.
1. It inserts random characters (usually a `) in front of the staff name.
This is probably due to a bug in JAWS "TypeString" function which I've
encountered in other applications I've scripted.
2. It only lets you change the long instrument name which appears against
the first system and not the short name which appears on the other pages.

In the case f a single staff, with the cursor in the first measure of
a staff, press CTRL Shift F5 and typeyour new staff name.
