Hi.
Much depends on your budget and what it is exactly you wish to do on your
site.
I wouldn't bother with Joomlar to be honest. It's over complex and not
great for accessibility unless you just want to use it out of the box with
no customization.
As for GoDaddy, well, it's erm, a hosting company. Most hosting companies
are pretty much the same.
They rent you some webspace and give you some fancy tools to work with and
they leave you to it.
The rest is up to you.

I know that there are many of you on this list that are website owners.
Which is the best hosting service for accessibility? My web designer
recommended Go Daddy. Has anyone tried it? He also recommended joomla for my
web content management system. Has anyone used Joommla? If so how was it? I
read a notice on there website stating that they will try to be as
accessibility compliant as possible, but they said that they will not be
completely accessible on the back end as of yet. If any of you have tried
joomla, what are some of the things that you can and can't do with jaws?
