MessageGo to Options, project, clock tab and put a 1 hour in the SMPTE/MTC
offset.
This should do it.

  Hi Kevin,

Yes, I pres "W" until JAWS says bar one, and I hit "F5" just to make sure all
is set.

So far, this has happened on three different projects. Each of these projects
started out completely blank, I'll set the tempo, check the bar number, import
the mix I'm tracking for, and then find the imported track starting around bar
1,800.

I had Sonar 4 prior to upgrading to version 8 Producer, and never had this
problem when importing.

  Thanks,
  Steve

Usually, audio will be imported at the insertion point. Are you sure taht
you are at bar 1 when you import?

      Hello,

When importing 24 bit wave/aif files into a new project in Sonar 8, the
imported audio will not be placed at the beginning of the tune, instead it will
be placed around bar 1,800.

Not sure if it matters, before importing, I always set the tempo to match
the tracks that are being imported, and set the now time to the beginning. I've
also tried with not setting the tempo, but making sure the time is set to the
beginning, but have had no luck that way either.

I've had this happened on three different projects, it can be fixed by
setting the time to the end, and then going back 100 bars or so and locating
the beginning of the track and then cutting and pasting it to bar one. Unless
there is something else I'm doing wrong prior to importing, this might be a bug
in Sonar 8.31, it didn't happen in the earlier version of Sonar I had.

      Anyone else experienced this?

      Thanks for any help.

      Steve
