The audio is not in its own folder on a DVD. It's part of the video files in that video_ts folder.

You can get DVD Audio Extracter from
http://www.dvdae.com/

Fully accessible.

Extract the audio to wav, load it into your favorite editor, and manipulate it however you wish.

Rip the audio from the DVD with something like DVD Audio Extracter,
and edit it however you want in Sound Forge, Goldwave, Audacity,
Reaper, Sonar, whichever you like.
