You want to make an audio file of the MIDI performance. You want to
make sure that your sampling rate is set to 44.1 and your file bit depth
is set to 16 bit. These are defaults. Arm an audio track for recording
and make sure that the input is getting your MIDI performance and your
output is the main outs of your soundcard. Disable the record metronome
click and then arm the audio track and unarm the MIDI track and hit
record. When the performance is finished, solo the audio track and play
it back to make sure that you got what you want. Next, export to a .wav
file and burn it to a CD.
