Xavier:
Didn't intend to imply it had anything whatsoever with JAWS. The Microsoft
Tech Support person and I couldn't get JAWS to verbalize anything in the
process you described, and the support tech was able to do what was needed with
her mouse. She lowered the screen resolution from where the shop had it set,
and JAWS was able to pick up on everything as she walked me through the process
you described, but with my embosser out of service, I didn't get notes down,
and I couldn't remember what the process was.

Nick, that's a simple process, no need to do anything fancy with jaws:
in outlook, go to your junkmail, go to the message from the person/address you
wish to always receive from, then context key the message, up arrow to junk
submenu (may also be called junkmail), select not junk and press enter. The
resulting dialog will have a checkbox that says always trust messages from
ddots-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx (example), make sure that it's checked and press enter...
The address should now be in your "safe senders" list...
You can also make a rule to send messages from the list to inbox, or you can
even go back to that junk mail option in the submenu, and select always allow
messages from freelists.org for example; this will mark the domain as safe, so
you will get all Emails from any freelists.org groups.

Adel:
As alluded to in earlier posts, perhaps the mime encoding message was damaged
by footers in long threaded messages. However, because of your having
mentioned that group messages were consigned to your "Junk" folder, I wrote and
still surmise that you may have tried to reply to messages while the message
you were responding to still resided in your Junk folder, and that may have
resulted in damage to the mime encoding process; or, perhaps you copied them to
your "in box" and responded to the message from there. The safest way of
responding to a message consigned to your "junk" folder, is to use the "move"
option while your are on the message in the list of messages in your list of
messages in the folder. Use the "applications/context menu" key, and arrow to
"move" and hit "enter" to invoke it, then arrow to the "in box" as the target
folder to which you wish to reply to the message from and hit "enter" to
perform the actual move process. Locate the message in the "in-box", and Open
it, then "reply".
If all of the messages from this group are going to your "Junk Folder", you
need to turn off the blocking of messages from the group which results in the
messages from the group being sent to your "junk" folder. I don't have that
process in my mind's hand, and had to get Microsoft's disabilities tech support
folks help me with that process because my screen resolution was so high and
the icons so small, Jaws couldn't see and read them to me.

Greetings Nick,
What could be the true problem that causes these blank screens? How could you
avoid it, knowing that this is not JAWS?
Thank you.

Hi James and the team,
How may this be possible that my message to you is empty? Could it be a
technical issue with JAWS, preventing it to read, although the text should be
present?
Thank you.
