Hi folks.

I'm considering getting a particular guitar amp that will require occasional biasing. Is there any way for us to do this independently?

How hard would it be for someone to build me a little circuit in a box, powered by a 9v battery or similar, that made a noise when it detected current in the right milliamp range? say between 35-40 MA? I don't have an electronics background, but that sounds simple enough.

Or, does someone make an accessible multimeter? That might be a handy tool to have around the studio.

Chris
