No, no musicLab instruments are included. Back in sonar 2/3 you got there
midi drummer and other tools, but no instruments. Well, I haven't seen any
musicLab stuff, you might be thinking of guitar rig 3, which is an effect
plugIn (not a synth/instrument) made by native instruments. I've never seen
any of MusicLab's real series included with sonar though.

Aren't there some Music Labs instruments that come with Sonar 8 Producer
Edition? I know there's one that comes with Sonar 3 Studio Edition, but I'm
not sure which one it is.

Those are somewhat accessible (meaning you can browse patches) if you don't
mind using the jaws cursor. I was going to put some hsc sets together for
their stuff as they use the same interface throughout their plugs, but
haven't had time or cash to get it done (gotta buy a copy of them, I've only
used demos which already timed out. If you are looking for real guitar like
sounds however, might I suggest you to look up and listen to musicLab's
realGuitar? It is of way better quality than strum electric or acoustic IMO.
