[DBSIG] Collaborate 18 and Call for Candidates for Chair

Collaborate 2018 is fast approaching, and our annual business meeting will be 
held on Sunday April 22 at 3:00 in Breakers B.  In accordance with our Bylaws, 
the call for candidates for Chairman will close at that meeting.  If you would 
like to nominate someone for the office before our meeting, please fill out the 
survey
