Screen Reader User Survey #4 by WebAIM Projectshttp://webaim.org/projects/screenreadersurvey4/ The following survey is a follow-up to the original WebAIM Screen Reader User Survey, and follow-up surveys in September 2009 and December 2010. This survey is primarily intended to collect new information and track updates/trends from previous surveys. By completing this survey you will help inform development choices for those creating accessible web content and web standards. All screen reader users, even those who use screen readers only for evaluation and testing, are invited to participate. The survey will remain open through May 25, 2012. No personally identifying information is collected. When submitted, your browser version, operating system, and JavaScript support will be collected. Results will be reported as aggregated summaries and will be published in June 2012. Your participation is purely voluntary and you can choose to stop at any time. There are 28 basic questions that will take less than approximately 10 minutes. http://webaim.org/projects/screenreadersurvey4/ Window-Eyes users, due to a lack of support for standards-compliant form accessibility in Window-Eyes (see this thread http://www.gwmicro.com/Support/Email_Lists/Archives/GW-Info/index.php?message_id=159943), you will need to enter Browse mode to access questions that are found immediately before checkbox and radio button groups, or use another screen reader that supports web standards while completing this survey.
