Not as far as I know. Although RISC OS has a built in caret, as far as I
recall, using it did not prove practical.
I am surprised there are no choices, like caret colour.
Making it more visible would be a simple fix.
A specific OvPro see caret question...
I've been working on a document that has two columns per page.
The caret is perfectly visible down the left of the first column on the
page, (Left column).
However once the text moves into the second column (Right column) the
caret is under the RH gutter guide line and is very difficult to see, even
flashing.
Any way to get the caret position moved away from the gutter line?
