Sorry, there should have been a little obey file in there to display the manual document. The manual is inside the applet's directory inside Resources. When the applet is installed, there is an entry on the Step & repeat sub menu to display the manual. I must admit that the manual for Step and repeat was a little rushed, and could possible be expanded upon to give some better examples of using the applet, but I have limited time to spend on doing that, and I'd rather be spending the time on programming other applets. So, if anyone would like to contribute to improving the manual feel free to contact me (and likewise for any of my other applets). I've also noticed another little mistake in that the menu title is truncated (hit again by the 12 character limit in OPro's menu titles!).
