Firstly you can get the latest version from here:

That will run till Christmas with no registration, so it might be better
to get the registration right first...
As we discussed here a few months back, what you need to do on Win 10 is
right click, run as administrator and then carry out the registration
procedure (enter name and key).
If you don't run it as admin you will find the next time you run it, the
registration has been forgotten.
