I guess worth noting though... When I changed the computer a while ago for a much faster Core 2 and 3 Gigs processors, I did have to up that figure a little.
It would be unhappy if the computer clock goes faster with a faster processor. The time settings is in units of seconds, not clock cycles.
However it is interesting if a faster computer makes you click more slowly.
